Phase III involves 500 t/a 1,4-dimethylnaphthalene, 1,000 t/a mepiquat chloride, 2,000 t/a
prodiamine intermediate, along with production lines for by-products: magnesium chloride hexahydrate, hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid.
